Singapore Zoo and Night Safari are award-winning attractions, which offer excellent exhibits of animals presented in their natural environment for the purpose of conservation, education and recreation. Our mission is to preserve biodiversity and to undertake public education, research and collaboration as well as maintain and update the exhibits in the most humane, naturalistic and yet efficient manner. Each year, the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari attract an average of 1.3 million and 1 million visitors respectively.

Operations Assistant (Guest Services) (Hourly Rated)

Requirements:

• Singaporeans and PRs only
• At least ‘O’ Levels and above
• Previous Customer Service Experience will be an added advantage
• Must be able to work 5 days per week and on weekends and public holidays
• Must be able to work at least 5 months
• Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong command of English
• Working Hours : 8am to 5.45pm / 8.45am to 6.30pm daily
  (Roster will be provided)
• Training will be provided
