Singapore Zoo and Night Safari are award-winning attractions, which offer excellent exhibits of animals presented in their natural environment for the purpose of conservation, education and recreation. Our mission is to preserve biodiversity and to undertake public education, research and collaboration as well as maintain and update the exhibits in the most humane, naturalistic and yet efficient manner. Each year, the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari attract an average of 1.3 million and 1 million visitors respectively.
We are inviting capable and motivated individuals to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise and train retail assistants in the outlets
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service for the outlet’s operation
- Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Carry out review of stock, undertake stock take, check quality, price and mark up stock as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holders or equivalent, minimum GCE ‘O’ level. Malaysians with equivalent qualifications and relevant experience are welcomed to apply
- 1 year retail experience as supervisory position; 3 years experience in retail industry
- Friendly, cheerful, pleasant and enthusiastic personality
- Well-groomed with passion in retail industry
- Able to work long hours including rostered weekends and public holidays
- Able to communicate in English ; other languages i.e. Japanese is much preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
