Interdisciplinary Trails

The trails are designed to give the students an opportunity to integrate and apply English, Mathematics and Science concepts on their learning journey. The students will also be able to learn about the interesting facts about the animals from their facilitator during the guided trail.

These trails are suitable for lower and upper primary students. Please contact an education staff to specially tailor a trail for your students.

The Trail (Guided):

• Each student purchases a set of Interdisciplinary Trail task sheet.
• Education staff will walk the students through each exhibit and highlight interesting features of animals to the students. The education staff will also guide the students through the task sheet.
• Each trail last about 2.5 hours (inclusive of 20min rest)
• Each class will be guided by one education staff.

The Trail (Non-Guided):

• Each student purchases a set of Interdisciplinary Trail task sheet.
• Education staff will brief the students before the trail. The briefing takes about 15min.
• Students will go on the trail on their own. The trail takes about 90min to complete.
• Students are to return to the designated area (usually the auditorium) for debriefing. Education staff will go through the answer with the students.
