The Best Is Yet To Be
Address by May Lok (Assistant Director of Education)
The Zoo and the Night Safari are the stuff that dreams are made of. The talk tells of the impossible dreams made possible because of one man’s conviction. It takes the audience back in time to look at the difficult years a young zoo had to face and how strength, resolve and innovation of the staff helped to make Singapore Zoo one of the best in the world. Moving ahead, the Zoo and Night Safari need strategic plans to redefine the experience that they want to offer to visitors in order to stay relevant and competitive. |
