Terms and Conditions
- The membership card is strictly non-transferable and the privilege of free entry is only limited to persons whose names are on the card.
- Identity cards may be requested for verification purposes.
- Replacement fee for a lost membership card is $20.
- Paid membership fees are non-refundable.
- Only one foreign domestic worker with a valid work permit or grandparent may take the place of an absent parent.
- Discounts are not applicable for animal photography or for animal rides at the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari.
- Zoo and Night Safari tram rides are payable. (Free Zoo tram rides are valid only on weekdays, not valid on weekends and public holidays.)
- All discounts are suspended on the first 10 days of the Lunar New Year.
- All benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
