Fragile Forest

Fragile Forest takes you on a journey through a rainforest where you can have a hair raising encounter with creepy crawlies, enjoy the company of fluttering butterflies, find out why the Asmat tribe eat beetle grubs and more. Fragile Forest is an ecological and cultural showpiece highlighting the inter-relationships of animals, plants and human beings in rainforests. It is the first international zoo exhibit to display invertebrates and vertebrates under one roof. Also, Fragile Forest features one of the world’s largest walk-though butterfly flight areas and four indoor Discovery Centres.

Snapshots of Fragile Forest September Holidays Activities

Hundreds of kids, together with their mummies and daddies, swarmed the Singapore Zoo’s Fragile Forest during the September school holiday period (3-11 September). Many were eager to participate in a host of activities that were specially organised for them. Such exciting happenings include Invertebrates Contact Session, Behind-the-Scenes tour, Story Telling Session for Children as well as several other walks and talks.

For those who missed all the action, check out the snapshots of some of these activities.
